BusinessTransforum is a separate track of the Transforum Berlin conference, especially designed for the self-employed, business leaders and entrepreneurs. It has its own venue (Holiday Inn) near the main Transforum conference (Christusgemeinde in Hohenschönhausen).

Transformation for the Economy
and Society

The task is great, but the power of God is tremendous. Do we have the courage to let God work through us? What changes could we initiate in our companies and in our surroundings? How can we practically apply biblical values to the everyday business world? BusinessTransforum is designed to encourage and equip, to provide concrete examples and to build networks. An experienced and international team will serve us through lectures and workshops.

Our partner for BusinessTransforum is an organization called Global Advance (GA), which is designed to train and equip Christian leaders all over the world. In the past twenty years GA has trained more than half a million leaders and professionals. In 2003 it developed a department for Marketplace Missions, which addresses the particular needs of business leaders. A team of people including Jonathan Shibley (President of GA) will serve us in Berlin. Moreover, Timo Plutschinski and Joe Hartung from the organisation Christians in Business (Christen in der Wirtschaft – CiW) will be involved as well.
